Hi, I’m Dan
A strategist, coach, and experience creator. I’ve spent the last two decades building things that move people: festivals, travel brands, and experiential resorts.
I launched Hideout in 2011 and sold it five years later. Then co-founded Obonjan – a 56-hectare island project that earned global praise and tested every part of me.
It taught me this: success without alignment isn’t success at all.
Since then, I’ve shifted how I work – and who I work with. Today, I support experience creators to grow with more clarity, energy, and integrity.
Blume is the space I wish I had back then.

Not at all. We support people in early stages, scaling up, or recalibrating. If you’re clear you’re here to build something real, you’re in the right place.
What does the application involve?
